Introduction
In all cases, the basis is an introductory meeting without obligations. This can be done by means of email or telephone conference. Eventually a visit of one of our experts on-site will be held. Depending on the results of this preliminary discussions, you provide us with the assignment to meticulously perform the activities that have been precisely described.
Clear agreements
When executing your assignment, we generally work along the lines of a project-procedure, drawn up by ourselves. In those cases where the project-procedure does not suffice, we will exactly determine beforehand, in deliberation with you, what is expected from us, within what time and at which cost. This rules out any unpleasant surprises for you.
